I offer a blended approach that includes energy psychology, interpersonal, somatic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy- combined with a holistic understanding that encompasses mind, body and spirit. I am able to help youth and adults reduce anxiety, transition through difficult life stages, find purpose, process grief, re-build esteem and confidence as well as heal old emotional wounds. My natural ability to connect with you and where you are at allows for gentle healing to take place.
It is my belief that the emotional, social, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of each one of you affects how you walk in this world and as a result, it's important for the therapeutic process to involve all dimensions. Furthermore, mindfulness therapy including guided visualizations, meditations, and breathwork is combined with client-centered therapy, where applicable.
