Clinical Hypnosis / Hypnotherapy

What is hypnotherapy and how can it help?  

Would it be scary to know that 95% of your life is run by your subconscious mind? This means you only use your conscious mind 5% of the time.  It's also worth noting that all of your programming, and belief systems lie in your subconscious mind.  When you find yourself struggling in a certain area of your life, it's a result of your program not supporting that area (i.e. financial, relationships).  Through hypnotherapy, you're able to access your subconscious mind to heal old emotional wounds.  With the healing power of your subconscious mind, you can expect your life to begin shifting in the right direction as you reprogram what no longer serves you.



How does it work?   Is it safe?

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, which means I act as a guide and facilitator.  You are in full control and alert to everything that comes forward during your session.  When conducted by a trained therapist, hypnosis is completely safe.  

Generally, the full hypnotherapy program is 5-6 sessions.  Each program is designed to focus on one specific issue and the list is endless on what hypnosis can help with:  sleep issues, anxiety, confidence, phobias, relationship issues, concentration, public speaking, etc. 


Not all Hypnotherapists are created equal.

Through extensive training, I'm able to go beyond direct suggestion and visualizations, which often provide short-term and limited results.  I have found that the combination of age regression, forgiveness work (self & others), and parts mediation therapy create a comprehensive and effective hypnotherapy program for my clients.
